I recently purchased a property with Joanne from C&R Realty, and the experience was smooth and reassuring from start to finish.
She was consistently responsive and took the time to answer every question clearly, helping me understand the property without ever making me feel rushed. Joanne respected my need to take things step by step, giving me the time to complete my due diligence and decide with confidence. She was flexible with timelines throughout the contracting process and remained just as helpful even after the sale was finalised.
Beyond the transaction itself, Joanne was supportive in offering practical advice on home improvements and shared reliable trade contacts, which was valuable.
Overall, it was a genuinely positive experience. I’m very pleased with how everything was handled and would gladly recommend Joanne to anyone looking to purchase their next property.
