Recently purchased a property as a first home buyer with the help of Joanne at C&R realty and their whole team was super helpful!
Joanne was easy to deal with, honest and very responsive to any questions about the property. Once she had secured the sale and contracts were signed, she maintained the same level of communication as before she had the sale secured, showing genuine care for her clients.
Shawn who was the property manager for the property was also super helpful in any strata related questions and ensured the property was at a good standard when the previous tenant vacated.
Francis was super helpful and arranged an all-round tradie to come over and spot fix minor imperfections at their cost and also got us a cheap quote on new flooring. This was also post settlement, where they legally had no more responsibility to help us with the property.
Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my first experience purchasing property. The team never once pressured me and always allowed me to act at my own pace.
